The administration building of the city of Rosenheim at Königstraße 15 was improved in terms of energy efficiency and use of renewable energies in the course of a general renovation. The outer walls were insulated with mineral foam panels, the roof with rock wool. The insulation thickness is 20 cm each. A PV system with a total output of approx. 66 kWpeakwas installed on the roof. The electricity produced is used in the building, surplus is fed into the distribution grid. As of mid-July 2020, there is still some remaining work to be done. The occupation of the modernised building has already begun.
